Salary Range: Up to RM9000

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager with expertise in plastic injection moulding, lean manufacturing, and quality management to oversee daily operations, improve processes, and lead the team to meet production goals and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily plant operations and ensure smooth production.
  • Plan production schedules to meet customer orders and quality targets.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Lead and support the team through training, coaching, and development.
  • Set up and maintain quality control processes.
  • Control the plant budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on plant improvements and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing.
  • 10-15 years in manufacturing, with 8-10 years in a leadership role in plastic injection moulding.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and quality control.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and automation in injection moulding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
