Job Description:
- Issue Purchase Orders timely.
- Provide and follow up on delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers on On-Time Delivery, rescheduling, and PO cancellations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (Customer Service, Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Production, QA, etc.) on shipment status, incoming inspection, GRN & MRB issues, and forecast plans to ensure smooth operations.
- Check and follow up on import arrangements.
- Prepare material forecasts (materials and components).
- Request quotations, source materials, and negotiate prices.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Interest in the manufacturing industry and understanding of basic supply chain principles
