Sales Associate (Luxury Brand)

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service experience by warmly welcoming each customer
• Develop and maintain good product knowledge and able to recommend suitable products to meet customers' needs and wants
• Maintaining the store through regular housekeeping, ensuring that products are priced correctly, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment
• Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise displayed according to the stipulated guidelines
• Achieve store and personal sales targets and KPIs by providing an exceptional level of service and experience to all customers in-store
• Ensure that all procedures and policies are understood and that all work is carried out in accordance with those standards
• Being punctual and adhering to the working shift schedule as planned
• Accountable in handling cash and inventory, not limited to monitoring cash float, cashiering and inventory management
• Perform stock take activities and responsible for stock loss that may occur in the store
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as needed from time to time to support the smooth flow of the operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh school leavers and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who is proactive and eager to learn
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Enjoys talking with people and able to approach customers with ease while promoting our products
• Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holiday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Rotational shift

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (Required)
