Executive - Leasing (Based in Bintulu)

The following duties are not exclusive and certain items require delegation in whole or in part to be adequately fulfilled. 1. Ensuring optimal occupancy rates and maximizing rental income. This role involves developing and implementing effective leasing strategies, negotiating lease terms and managing tenant relationships to contribute to the overall success of the Street Mall Bintulu Paragon, Sarawak. 2. To identify and prospect potential tenants that align with the mall's target market and tenant mix. 3. Conduct market research to understand current trends and identify emerging opportunities. 4. Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract high-quality tenants. 5. Negotiate lease terms, including rental rates, lease duration and other contractual obligations. 6. Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. 7. Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 8. Provide support and assistance to tenants throughout the lease term. 9. Coordinate with property management teams to address tenant issues and maintain property standards. 10. Track Objectives Key Results (OKR) related to leasing activities, such as occupancy rates and rental income. Job Requirements. 1. Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or any other related field. 2. Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, preferably in the retail sector. 3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 6. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
