Overview: We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to join our team and provide excellent support to customers using our client's website. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them with online orders, answering questions, and resolving issues via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with online orders and inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure accurate handling of customer information and payments.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and service quality.
- Meet performance goals and follow company/client policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (any field).
- Experience: 6+ months in customer support. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback.
- Must be proficient in English (B2 level) and have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with 90% accuracy.
