As a Hospitality Intern you will have the unique opportunity to rotate between three crucial departments: Housekeeping and Front Office and F&B operation . This internship program is designed to give you a holistic understanding of the hotel operations and a well-rounded experience in the field of hospitality.

Housekeeping Executive Intern Responsibilities:

  • Room Inspection: Assist in inspecting guest rooms to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Participate in inventory control, tracking, and ordering of cleaning supplies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Guest Interaction: Interact with guests to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Assurance: Help implement quality control measures to consistently maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Problem Solving: Assist in resolving guest issues related to housekeeping services.

Front Office Executive Intern Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Learn and participate in the guest check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and payment processing.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and information.
  • Reservation Management: Assist in managing room reservations, cancellations, and room assignment procedures.
  • Guest Relations: Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.
  • Revenue Optimization: Gain insights into revenue management and pricing strategies.

F&B operations:

  • Assist in daily operation: Help with day-to-day tasks in the restaurant assign by the superior.
  • Customer Service
  • Ordering and Inventory : Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing special event
  • Quality control :Ensure food and service meet quality standards.
  • Understanding and adhering to health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.
  • Assisting with financial tasks, such as processing payments, and managing receipts.

Kitchen:

  • A love for cooking and a keen interest in the culinary arts
  • Willingness to learn and work hard
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality/Culinaryor related degree program.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
