To conduct training for team members in accordance with the Annual Training Plan and Spa Training Manual.
In the event that a VIP, Press or PR related guest, shall perform the treatment personally.
In the case of overbooking, will also responsible for servicing regular guests.
Motivate all team members to drive treatment and retail sales revenue.
Responsible for inventory control of all Spa supplies.
To perform receptionist duties
Team Leader Spa is the second in command and is in charge when the Spa Manager is not available. In this capacity, will assist with administrative duties, training and meetings.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to departmental grooming standards, in full uniform.
Maintain the confidentiality policy for all spa guests, never disclose the names of spa guests to other guests, media or contracted staff.
Maintain a complete knowledge on the following:
- spa operating hours
- spa treatments and offerings including pricing, fees, charges for all spa services,
treatment room types, decor, locations and amenities.
- maintain a spa appointment book.
- all retail brands, product lines, services and special promotions.
- occupancy and guest segmentation data to use in upselling and marketing purposes.

Job Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree and professional certificate or licensing is required (massage therapist, esthiologist, cosmetologist or reflexologist)
Previous spa management experience operating in a theraphy department
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to create a professional and comfortable environment for all spa guests and team members.
Anticipate guest needs and respond with congenial hospitality.
