RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Admin Assistant

  • Prepare communications, such as proposals, reports and other correspondence.
  • Able to alice with clients on any official matters.
  • Sending and replying to office emails and do filling paperwork.
  • Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill.
  • Welcoming office guests/clients and directing them to the person or department they are visiting.

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent negotiation skills (BM & English).
  • Self-discipline and Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Being Trustworthy person.
  • Good in Excel & Microsoft Word skills.
