RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Admin Assistant
- Prepare communications, such as proposals, reports and other correspondence.
- Able to alice with clients on any official matters.
- Sending and replying to office emails and do filling paperwork.
- Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill.
- Welcoming office guests/clients and directing them to the person or department they are visiting.
REQUIREMENTS:-
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent negotiation skills (BM & English).
- Self-discipline and Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
- Being Trustworthy person.
- Good in Excel & Microsoft Word skills.
