R&D Executive (Food manufacturing)

Location: Jeram, Selangor

Responsibilities

• Assist in all the lab trial work including prepare for new product prototype samples.
• Perform intensive testing on recipes for kitchen trials on all New product.
• Conduct sensory evaluation for the lab prototype samples, collect feedback from panellist and report to superior for product improvement.
• Involve in the production trial for R&D or commercialization stage and monitor all the progress of the process.
• Assist in accessing shelf-life products and data recording.
• Assist in project management of new product development
• Works with operation to develop new process or procedures. Ensure that product development efforts are compatible and beneficial to the manufacturing capabilities
• Assist in establishing and monitoring projects pipeline review and prioritization system for the R&D department.
• Follow the instruction by superior on any other task as assigned.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• CGPA should be 3.30 and above.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Computer literacy with good interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, matured and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and energetic team player.
• At least bacis cooking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
