- Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely logging, distribution, and follow-up.
- Perform other tasks assigned to support the Secretarial Department and organizational objectives.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a relevant field.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to motivate team members.
- Meticulous, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to render relevant corporate secretarial support to clients and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic office software.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions.
