Design Creation: Use SketchUp and other design tools to create detailed and visually engaging 3D models for client presentations.
3D Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D renders to showcase design concepts and deliver impactful visuals for clients.
Sales Presentations: Support the sales team by preparing design-based proposals, presentations, and mock-ups that effectively communicate our services to potential clients.
Live Streaming: Host engaging live sessions on TikTok and Facebook, showcasing design projects, conducting live Q&A sessions, and promoting AI House products and services to a wide audience.
Social Media Marketing: Assist with content creation for social media platforms, particularly focusing on Facebook marketing and creating viral TikTok content to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to understand their design needs and present tailored design solutions, both visually and verbally.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals and ensure the overall success of campaigns.

Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
With or without experience, as long as passionate about interior design especially kitchen design.
Design Tools: Proficiency in SketchUp and 3D rendering software for creating high-quality design models and visualizations.
Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of Facebook marketing techniques, including ad campaigns, posts, and engagement strategies.
Live Streaming: Experience or interest in TikTok Live or Facebook Live for interactive, real-time content delivery.
Own Laptop: Must have a personal laptop or PC capable of running design and rendering software efficiently.
Creativity: A strong design sensibility, with the ability to create on-trend, visually appealing concepts.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing situations.
Independent & Motivated: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote work environment, with a proactive approach to tasks and deadlines.
Can work independently strive to co-own the business eg. partner level
