Customer Service Executive ( Chinese Speaking)
Requirements:
We are currently expanding our Customer Service Team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction to our retail and SME customers.
We have two teams as below: 1) Online Customer Service Executive – this role will be responsible for efficiently handling inbound and outbound customer call/message inquiries. The primary focus will be on providing fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through excellent service. Properly keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and file documents 2) Member Service Executive – main responsibilities of this role will include following up on customer progress, explaining course learning methods and after-sales services, and resolving any issues that customers/members require assistance with. Maintain effective customer interaction records and organise customer files.
- Flexible work shift : 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm
