Job Summary: As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers to an organization the Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere while handling various administrative tasks.

  • Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide directions and assistance as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered timely.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with general office duties as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments or reservations.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Possess at least an SPM.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates with experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
