Job Summary: As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers to an organization the Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing a positive and welcoming atmosphere while handling various administrative tasks.
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide directions and assistance as needed.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Direct calls to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered timely.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with general office duties as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments or reservations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Possess at least an SPM.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Able to converse in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates with experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
