- Work closely with clients to make sure all the Documentation/ Paperwork is ready for submission and to keep them informed.
- To ensure the application progress compliance with the government sector, policies and regulations.
- Keep updated with the latest policy & requirements announce by the government.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in operations management or related field.
- Experience with any of the Local authority (MBJB/ MBIP/ MBPG) license application, Employment pass/ visa application, foreign worker permit, HALAL, MIDA, and LMW is an added advantage.
- Able to commmunicate in Mandarin.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Willing to travel to government departments if required.
- Working location: Taman Gaya, Johor Bahru.
