About the job:
Our client is a European-based cloud solutions company with operations across the globe. They are currently expanding their technology team in Malaysia as part of their global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Work with databases, primarily SQL Server, to design and manage data structures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET development.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker).
