Procurement Assistant (KL Eco City) (RM4k) #MQE

Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred. 2. 3 years experience with procurement administrative tasks, such as RFI/RFP/RFQ, vendor management, and document organization. 3. Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages such as Japanese, Mandarin, Korean are preferred. 4. Seeking for candidate that is proactive and details-oriented 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with programming softwares is a plus. 6. Strong analytics skills and attention to details. 7. Must have good communication skills and written skills for English 8. With Tableau will be an added advantage 9. With proficiency in Japanese will be preferred (reading & writing) Expectation: (1) Provide administrative support to the JAPAC Procurement team. (2) Assist in tracking and reporting procurement activities as needed. (3) Willingness to learn
