Job Description/Responsibilities: • To assists Group Advisor with daily administrative duties and completes a wide range of administrative tasks such as managing an active calendar of appointments, handling emails, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed plans, itineraries and agendas, compiling documents for meetings, and keeping track of all project progresses. • Attend internal and external meetings with the Group Advisor and take confidential notes or minutes, noting matters that require actions. Communicates directly on behalf of the Group Advisor on matters directed by the Group Advisor. • Manages a variety of special projects for the Group Advisor such as to prepare paperwork, reports, documents and presentation materials as necessary. Ensure the Group Advisor is fully briefed on, or prepared for engagements he is involved in. • To coordinate, researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Group Advisor, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response. • Responsible in ensuring the proper documentation and maintaining the filing system and keep track of important documents. • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels. • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary. Qualification and Experience: • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. • Excellent in doing paper works, making business proposal, slide presentations and taking meeting minutes. • Good in communication and PR skills. • Familiar with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint). • At least 5 - 8 years of working experience at the same position is required for the position. Familiar with Government dealing and structure. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. Other Requirement: • Handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. • Presentable with excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude. • Poses own transportation and willing to travel. • Able to start immediately will be advantages. • All gender are welcome to apply.
