Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering and preparing supporting documents for various payment types.
- Generates and provides payment listings.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in invoices for claims submission.
- Reconcile payout report and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and complete payout records.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to claim submission.
- Generate reports and provide analysis related for project payout as required.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,900.00 per month
