Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gathering and preparing supporting documents for various payment types.
  • Generates and provides payment listings.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in invoices for claims submission.
  • Reconcile payout report and correct discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and complete payout records.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to claim submission.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis related for project payout as required.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,900.00 per month
