Description

  • Server and network monitoring
  • Perform 1st level troubleshooting on EUC/Server/Network
  • provide support for O365
  • Application troubleshooting
  • Event monitoring
  • Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request
  • Record and manage all issues in Service Management System
  • L1 troubleshooting and request fulfilment.
  • Password reset and unlock.
  • Perform support for employee onboarding and offboarding for IT equipment
  • Provide timely status update on issues escalated and to close tickets within service level agreement.
  • Ensure daily tasks are executed according to SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)
  • Perform necessary escalation to relevant team as when needed

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of working experience in onsite support environment.

Diploma/Degree in IT field.

Have basic knowledge in troubleshooting desktop and network issues.

Familiar with Active Directory

Familiar with O365, excel, powerpoint, and windows troubleshooting and resolution.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM3,400.00 per month
