Job Title: Part-Time Inventory Clerk & Product Packing Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Inventory Clerk & Product Packing Associate to support our inventory management and shipping operations. This role combines inventory tracking and organization with hands-on product packing and shipment preparation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas to optimize space and ease of retrieval.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in full physical inventories to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track and report any discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages to supervisors.
  • Update inventory management systems to reflect accurate stock levels and movements.
  • Product Packing & Shipment Preparation
  • Pack products for shipment according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities, packaging materials, and labeling.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips and labels, to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Inspect packed products for quality and secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Organize and stage packed items in designated areas for carrier pickup.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all shipments meet scheduled departure times and delivery requirements.
  • General Duties
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following established safety protocols.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in inventory management, shipping, or warehouse roles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software or shipment tracking systems.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing, as needed.
  • Reliable and punctual, with strong organizational skills.
  • Availability for part-time hours, Monday to Friday -9 am - 1 pm or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 9 am -5 pm.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time; approximately 20-21 hours per week based on business needs, with the potential for additional hours during peak times.
