- Responding to customer inquiries: Answering questions via email, chat, or phone, and providing accurate information about products and services
- Resolving issues: Identifying the cause of a problem, selecting a solution, and following up to ensure the issue is resolved
- Building relationships: Establishing trust with customers through open communication
- Escalating issues: Identifying complex issues and escalating them to managers
- Documenting interactions: Keeping records of customer interactions and filing documents
- Meeting targets: Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas
- Recommending products: Based on customer needs and information, recommending products or services to management
- Preparing reports: Collecting and analyzing customer information to prepare reports
- Following up: Checking in with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
