Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage, maintaining Food & Beverage and brand standards and maximizing the quality level of products and services to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
- Managing the performance of the team members: designing, implementing and monitoring the impact of training (including Food & Beverage systems and guest service procedures) for all Food & Beverage team members, capturing and implementing best current practice SOPs relating to Food & Beverage operation.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and proactively come up with innovative ways to enrich guests’ dining experience.
- Manage F&B operations within budgeted guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with halal practices, food health and safety regulations.
Requirement
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
