  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITY

Supply parts and RO closing to w/shop.

  • Parts requested by w/shop through requisitlons (SPRD) are needed to be charged out to service when w/shop requires to Invoice their customers.
  • Transfer part in system and to post and journal upon completion ofall parts requested.

Check Ro fulfilled report submissions.

  • Submit part report to inventory department on fulfilment of parts supply to w/shop on the same day or there is a delay on supplying the parts and causes.

Purchase order (Foton) / Hotline order submission (Nis).

  • request of parts whether urgent / or for replenishment from HQ Batu Caves

Posting receipt of goods-Transfer orders / Purchase orders.

  • Proceed Good Recelve,Post Into System with Inv Output within 3days.

Proceed Dally and Monthly Stock Count.

Prepare ROP report and submit for monthly order (Lubrication and fast moving Item)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
