  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good relationship with customer.
  • Handle & advice customer on shipping rate inquiry.
  • Perform electronic receiving using- in house receiving and documentation system (FMS)
  • Ensure complete shipping documents in accordance with started procedures and comply to relevant authority/ custom ruling and regulations.
  • Liaise with customer and generate shipping consignment note.
  • Verify shipping term.
  • Assist with preparation of cash bill.
  • Follow up on payment collection for cashbill & credit invoices
  • Assist with entering cargo dimensions and weight.
  • Assist with issuing of goods receiving notes
  • Handle Cargo Dispute with customer
  • Perform other assign duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
