JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To maintains high levels of cleanliness and presentation in rooms and public areas.
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of housekeeping department and laundry to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the hotel.
- Work with a team of cleaners to ensure that all areas of the building are properly cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
- Managing other aspects of the business, such as hiring new employees or training current staff members in new cleaning techniques.
- Managing the purchasing and inventory of supplies for the housekeeping department.
- Scheduling and arranging for cleaning services as needed, such as carpet cleaning or extermination services.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that rooms are ready for guests upon check-in.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate staff member for resolution.
- Preparing rooms for guests by dusting furniture, changing linens, and making beds.
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing company policies and procedures.
- To scheduling staffing to work, the number of the employees required to meet operational needs at specific occupancy levels.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Advanced
- Extensive knowledge of housekeeping department.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years experience in hospitality.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transportation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
