Barista

Responsibility -Produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes. -Develop new drinks for special occasions that are suitable for the theme. -Responsible with beverage bar mise en place, restocking and stock counting during opening and closing duties. -Maintain the cleanliness of the work section, tables, restaurant especially bar area, and all equipment used. -To ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any faults as required. -Minimize drinks ingredient wastages which include fruits, soda water and etc. -Carry out any other reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant. Requirement -Qualifications: Minimum SPM/ STPM -Experience: Barista Experience will be added advantage. -Required language(s): English -Able to work on shifts, weekends and during Public Holidays. -Pleasant personality and team player who is highly independent self-motivated. -Great communication skills. -Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
