Job Scope:
- Attending to inbound calls/emails
- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their banking products sales/services in a timely and effective manner
- Manage customer complaints and feedbacks accordingly.
- Will be managing customers from Singapore/Australia/Bermuda, hence should have proper English communication skills.
Requirements:
- Proficient in speaking in English
- Proficient in speaking in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with Diploma and Degree are encouraged to apply - Training will be provided for 1 month
- Able to work on a rotational shift, weekend and public holidays if assigned to work on that day – Shift will be fix for every 3 months with 24hours rotation with 11 gazetted PH
- Comfortable to speak and assists both, local and international customers coming from Singapore, Australia & Bermuda
Salary Package:
Basic
- SPM & Diploma Holders : RM3,000 - RM3,800
- Degree Holders : RM3,300 - RM3,800
Allowances:
- Fix Contact Centre - RM200 (after completed Contact Centre training)
- Mandarin Language - RM300
- Mandarin & Cantonese Language - RM500
- Night Shift : Shift Start between 3:00PM to 6:00PM - RM300/month & Shift start between 6:00PM to 5:00AM - 450/month
Working Mode:
- 5 working days & 2 consecutive days off(weekends/weekdays)
- 9 hours working (8 hours working + 1 hour break)
- Shift will be rotated every 3 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
