Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Content and Social Media Executive to join our team. This role will involve developing, managing, and growing our brand's social media presence and crafting engaging content to connect with our target audience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and brand engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
Develop, design, and write content for social media platforms, websites, and newsletters.
Create engaging and shareable multimedia content (images, videos, infographics) to align with marketing goals.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and publish posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
Monitor social media channels daily and engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
Implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Strategy and Campaigns:
Assist in developing social media strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
Execute promotional campaigns for events, product launches, or brand milestones.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Community Engagement:
Foster and grow the brand’s online community by engaging with followers and building relationships.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend our social reach.
Organize and manage giveaways or interactive posts to keep the audience engaged.
- Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance and content engagement metrics.
Generate monthly reports on social media KPIs and content effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to optimize future posts, strategies, and campaigns.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align social media content with brand campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, or copywriters as needed to create high-quality content.
Support broader marketing initiatives by promoting events, partnerships, and product features on social media.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics software.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
