Job Descriptions:
- Organizing and coordinating various professional consultants
- Liaising with local authorities and all related agencies in property development
- Assist in planning, designing and project implementation
- Manage and maintain projects related documentation
- Monitor team works progress, anticipate, and resolve problems and contractual disputes
- Work closely with architects and verify their design detailing to avoid design errors
- Accurately meet and schedule progress of project assigned from time to time
- Coordinate all design matters related to building architectural, interior design, landscape, wayfinding, lighting, and others that effect the aesthetic aspect of overall project to ensure designs are aligned
- To assist the project team and resolve technical issues to achieve the project schedule and cost
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or any related course
- Preferably at least 4 years of related working experience.
- Preferably undefined specializing in Construction / Property or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malayu language for both spoken and written
- Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- Will involve in Southern projects & developments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
