We are seeking suitably qualified candidates for the following post:

1. Account Clerk
Duties & Responsibilities
· Reconciling creditor’s statement.
· Reconciling bank statement.
· Preparing payment voucher and official receipts.
· Monitoring and controlling petty cash.
· Preparing documentation for custom matters.
· Preparing journal vouchers for accruals of utilities expenditure.
· Perform general office duties, including faxing, copying, scanning and filing.
· Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior.
Requirement
· Possess at least a SPM/STPM or Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
· Candidates with working experience in a related field will be an added advantages.
· Must be able to meet deadline and be detail oriented and accurate in the information.
· Computer literate in Microsoft Office, WPS and various accounting software.
· Fresh graduates/entry level applications are encouraged to apply.
· Based at Wisma Shin Yang, Miri
* Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Sat: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
