Store Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing

• Manage all incoming orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing from order receipt through to fulfillment.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle any issues or delays in order processing.

Inventory Picking

• Select items from inventory based on order specifications, ensuring correct quantities and product quality.
• Prepare items for dispatch, confirming that orders are packed accurately for delivery.

Daily Inventory Reporting

• Track daily inventory movement, recording all in and out items to maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
• Prepare daily inventory reports and ensure they reflect the current stock levels, using a fully formulated Excel inventory system.

Final Balance Verification

• Reconcile inventory at the end of each day to verify that the final stock balance aligns with recorded movements.
• Identify and report discrepancies, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM (Experience is compulsory) and above.
• Must own a motorcycle or have access to public transportation.
• Reside in the Klang Valley area.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in inventory management will be added advantageous.
• Familiarity with a fully formulated Excel inventory system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
