Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food production and preparation.
- Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels while keeping costs in check.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Monitor food costs and work with the team to implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
Requirements
- 2-3 years or above experience in working in a kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage inventory and perform cost analysis.
