IT Quality Assurance Automation (.Net)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive software product tests, ensuring high-quality releases.
• Write detailed test plans and test cases, and ensure thorough test coverage for web and mobile applications.
• Perform smoke, sanity, regression, retest, and end-to-end (E2E) testing on the application under test.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using tools like Tricentis and Testinium.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and reporting.
• Troubleshoot and isolate defects using strong analytical and technical skills.
• Work within agile development teams to ensure quality at each phase of the software development life cycle.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results, defects, and test coverage.
• Use testing tools such as Mantis and JIRA for tracking defects and managing testing processes.

Core Competencies:

• Strong knowledge in preparing testing plans and conducting organized tests.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test plans.
• Deep understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and automation frameworks.
• Expertise in web applications testing and mobile browser/application testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, particularly Tricentis and Testinium.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes for automation testing.
• Experience in working in an agile environment.
• Strong skills in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience with reporting tools and testing across multiple platforms and devices (web browsers, mobile).

Preferred Qualifications:

• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
