Mechanic II

Summary:

The Chargehand & Mechanic will inspect, maintain, modify, and prepare vehicles, ensuring quality standards and a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PDI and final inspections for various vehicle models (UDT, Bison, Quester, etc.).
• Perform outdoor service checks and vehicle cleaning before delivery.
• Install accessories (e.g., fire extinguishers, PTO units) and handle bus conversions.
• Cannibalize and reinstall parts, ensuring quality fitment.
• Conduct campaign work for specific models (Quester, Croner).
• Maintain yard cleanliness, conduct daily checks, and perform routine vehicle maintenance.
• Perform vehicle modifications and quality checks, including chassis measurements.
• Spray paint chassis and front panels as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and parts.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
