1. Process incoming calls & e-mails
2. Prepare letters for new offer, confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal and staff movement.
3. To issue ID, uniforms, name tags, locker keys, Employee Handbook etc
4. Assessing administration task
5. To maintain proper filling system for all documentations
6. Monthly inventory check in – cartridge timekeeper, serviette for cafeteria etc
7. Submit petty cash claim – staff medical claim, purchased claim etc to Accounts & Finances
8. Creating and distribution of documents to Admin’s or Head of Department
9. To keep update annual leaves form & medical leave time to time
10. Assisting staff inquiry, complaints and problem (work related)
11. To keep track on attendance submission and ensure the leave application or medical certificate received as according to the attendance form
12. To assist in follow up documentations for SOCSO, EPF and house insurance AXA claims etc
