Job Scope:

  • Organize and chair the monthly defects meeting in the absence of the HOD.
  • Prepare periodical report on the status of defects rectification work and to generate reports when required by the HOD to ensure proper and effective documentation and filing system.
  • Assist to develop, implement, and review procedures to further enhance the standard and quality of products and services.
  • Lead, guide the admin team and plays a key role in improving and planning admin processes.
  • Set standards for efficient sales administration and contribute to the success of the sales department.
  • Process Customer's Purchasing Order and Payment follow-up.
  • Raise Purchase Order to supplier, coordinate with Supplier / Customer / 3PL to fulfill order requirement.
  • Attend to incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Supplier and Logistics team on goods readiness and delivery schedule.

Job Requirement:

  • At least Diploma and above in Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial capacity, administration or sales department
  • Able to speak in Mandarin is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
