Job Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to superiors.
- Managing employee separation processes.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Stay compliant with state, federal, or local labour laws.
- Responsible for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counselling and staff misconduct.
- Submit Perkeso's claim.
- Monitoring employee's attendance.
- Announcement of new staff recruitment, staff resignation, redesignation and promotion.
- Other duties are assigned by the HR Manager/immediate superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years of working experience
- At least a diploma in Human Resource Management / Business administration
- Good experience in handling IR will be added advantage
- Possess own transport
- Required to handle HR operation covering multi branches within Klang Valley
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley when required
