Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to superiors.
  • Managing employee separation processes.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Stay compliant with state, federal, or local labour laws.
  • Responsible for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counselling and staff misconduct.
  • Submit Perkeso's claim.
  • Monitoring employee's attendance.
  • Announcement of new staff recruitment, staff resignation, redesignation and promotion.
  • Other duties are assigned by the HR Manager/immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • At least a diploma in Human Resource Management / Business administration
  • Good experience in handling IR will be added advantage
  • Possess own transport
  • Required to handle HR operation covering multi branches within Klang Valley
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
