We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company! Your main focus will be assisting Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies, managing social media, and coordinating brand collaborations and events to help us engage our audience and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

    -Digital Marketing
      -Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines to drive brand awareness and sales. -Optimize content for social media platforms, engage with audiences, and monitor analytics to improve engagement. -Manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking. -Use SEO best practices to optimise the website, blog, and product pages for search engines.
    -E-commerce Management
      -Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and visuals are up-to-date and optimised for sales. -Analyse website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to improve the online shopping experience and increase sales. -Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
    -Visual Merchandising
      -Create and implement visual merchandising strategies that highlight product features, promote sales, and maintain brand consistency. -Design digital and in-store displays that are engaging, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand messaging. -Coordinate with the creative team to produce visually compelling content for digital campaigns and e-commerce channels.
    -Brand Strategy - Coordinate with the marketing manager on brand collaboration projects, including partnerships with influencers and local cafes. -Collaboration with Event - Support event planning and participation in coffee-related events or trade shows. -Market & Trend Research: Conduct market research to understand trends and customer preferences, and use these insights to adjust strategies.
