Appointed under Protege Program for the 1st 8 months, if perform, will absorb as permanent employee. Responsibilities: Accounts: Manage full sets of accounts, including financial statements, month-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets register, intercompany transactions, and monthly management reporting. Ensure all expenses comply with SOPs, approval authority guidelines, and proper documentation, maintaining adherence to financial controls, group finance policies, and accounting standards for local statutory reporting. Oversee debtor management, including following up on overdue accounts. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of any audit findings. Review reports prepared by Account Assistants for accuracy and completeness. Assist in peer monitoring of accounts for other subsidiaries. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned. Administration: Review tasks completed by the Admin Clerk to ensure alignment with HQ requirements. Conduct interviews and prepare appointment and confirmation letters for new hires. Maintain staff personal files in an organized and confidential manner. Perform general administrative duties as needed. Oversee and assign tasks to the office support team. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
