Summary:
Monitor and ensure cleanliness of the Shopping Mall and landscape area are well maintained by the contractor in order to sustain and increase value of the property.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor 3rd party contractor in daily Housekeeping activities of the Shopping Mall area i.e. toilets, common areas and service corridors
  • Monitor the daily cleaning schedule closely ensure the cleanliness of the Shopping Mall well maintain
  • Assist to prepare, update and coordinate all Housekeeping programs and schedules
  • Monitor and check cleaners attendance daily and work performance
  • To report daily to Housekeeping Executive on the activities of Housekeeping services
  • Escalating issues and problems to Housekeeping Executive for immediate attention
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with Tenants of the Starling Mall
  • Carry out regular patrols and checks on the cleanliness of the Starling Mall
  • To conduct briefing and monthly meeting with cleaning contractors and submit minutes meeting to Housekeeping Manager as well as to monitor performance of pest control, sanitary bin and waste disposal contractor
  • To carry out any other duties and job functions as instructed from time to time by the Company.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Professional Certificate in Housekeeping Management or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar field. Possess working experience in supervisory role especially in housekeeping and preferably from shopping mall/ hotel industry.
  • Candidate must have good interpersonal and supervisory skills.
  • Good in Microsoft Office and able to update data and prepare Housekeeping reports
  • Able to work on Public Holiday & weekends.
  • 6 days work in a week.
