Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive the development of channel partner sales and manage key accounts in Malaysia, with potential expansion to other assigned countries.
- Proactively identify and engage with key accounts, mapping out opportunities to uncover potential business.
- Achieve both individual and team annual sales goals and targets.
- Develop and execute key account and channel strategies to meet financial objectives.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics, collaborating with the Pre-Sales and Solution Architect teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver bi-weekly sales activity reports for sales management meetings.
Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in key account management or channel partner development.
- Experience handling large tenders.
- Strong skills in sales planning and target achievement.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Persistent and determined approach to work.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT security industry, strong customer relationship management skills, and confidence in engaging with senior-level clients.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security solution sales or a related field, with a proven record of successful sales achievements.
