Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Drive the development of channel partner sales and manage key accounts in Malaysia, with potential expansion to other assigned countries.
  2. Proactively identify and engage with key accounts, mapping out opportunities to uncover potential business.
  3. Achieve both individual and team annual sales goals and targets.
  4. Develop and execute key account and channel strategies to meet financial objectives.
  5. Forecast and monitor key account metrics, collaborating with the Pre-Sales and Solution Architect teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
  6. Prepare and deliver bi-weekly sales activity reports for sales management meetings.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience in key account management or channel partner development.
  • Experience handling large tenders.
  • Strong skills in sales planning and target achievement.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Persistent and determined approach to work.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT security industry, strong customer relationship management skills, and confidence in engaging with senior-level clients.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security solution sales or a related field, with a proven record of successful sales achievements.
