Job Description:
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the tech space through your personal network, industry connections, and other lead generation strategies.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company offerings and capabilities.
- Drive business development initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within potential and existing client organizations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring business and up-sell opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for inquiries and support throughout the sales cycle.
Pre-sales Support:
- Conduct system demonstrations to showcase the product’s capabilities and features to potential clients.
- Assist in understanding client requirements and translating them into technical and business solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare presentations, proposals, and customized solutions for client needs.
- Manage the pre-sales process from first contact through the handover to the delivery teams.
Sales Strategy & Closing Deals:
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals with clients.
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop a tailored sales strategy for each client.
- Ensure a smooth handover of signed clients to project management teams for implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or pre-sales roles, ideally within the tech space.
- Tech Knowledge: Understanding of technology solutions (software, hardware, or IT services) and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B tech sales or selling enterprise software solutions.
- Networking: Strong network of contacts within the tech industry, with a proven track record of using connections to generate leads.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex deals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Presentation Skills: Skilled in giving compelling product/system demonstrations and presentations.
- Self-driven: A proactive and goal-oriented individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
