Job Description:

1. Timely address and track customer issues, provide guidance on system operation and maintenance.

2. Handle customer complaints.

3. Monitor the operational status of robots.

4. Promptly document unresolved issues, dispatch work orders to the relevant departments, and follow up to ensure the issues are resolved and closed.

5. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

岗位职责:

1、及时解答处理客户反馈的问题,跟踪处理进度并向客户反馈,将突发性问题及时反馈。

2、处理客户的举报客诉,监控机器人运营状态。

3、及时记录未能解决的问题并派发工单至相关部门,并督促问题解决闭环。

4、拟定并完善运营话术,在公司规定时间内在客户微信群内完成相应通知。

Job Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English writing and communication.

2. A college degree or above, preferably in marketing, journalism, or related majors.

3. Good at expression and communication, Hardworking, and Sense of responsibility, commitment and teamwork.

4. Timely feedback on anomalies and sensitive issues, Good customer service consciousness, Experience in Robotics industry is preferred.

5. Acceptance of SHIFT WORK is required.
