LNG Modular Construction Project in Murmansk, Russia

We are partner with a stock-listed company to help recruiting Malaysian nationals, aged 18-55, with English communication skills for a large-scale LNG modular construction project in Murmansk, Russia. The project duration is approximately 2 years (April 2025 - December 2026).

Positions Available

1. Assembly Assistants (50+ positions)

  • Proficient in using basic tools and able to perform work at heights.
  • Strong safety awareness, responsibility, and adaptability.
  • Physically fit, law-abiding, with a positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions.

Employment Details

1. Work Schedule

  • Duration: April 1, 2025, to December 30, 2026 (subject to project needs).
  • Working hours: 26 days/month, 9 hours/day with breaks.

2. Employment Form

  • Contract: Project-based labor contract signed with the company.
  • Social security: Contributed locally in accordance with Russian laws.

Recruitment Process

1. Interviews

  • Initial screening via video interview.
  • Qualified candidates proceed to an on-site interview, including theoretical and practical tests.

2. Medical Examinations

  • Pre-employment Occupational Health Exam: Organized before employment.
  • Health Check-up: Conducted before traveling abroad.

Training and Certification

  • Pre-departure Training: A concentrated training session with living allowances provided.

Visa Arrangements

  • The company will handle work visa applications for candidates who pass the interview, medical check, and training.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Travel: Company covers round-trip mobilization and demobilization costs.
  • Accommodation and Meals: Meals provided along with a four-person dormitory (bedding included).
  • Commute: Shuttle service between dormitory and worksite.
  • Safety Gear: Full set of personal protective equipment provided.
  • Insurance: Domestic commercial insurance and Murmansk social insurance.
  • Leave: After 6 months of overseas work, 18 calendar days of leave are granted. Round-trip airfare back to Malaysia and living allowances during leave are covered by the company.

Salary

  • Competitive and negotiable.
  • Salary will be disbursed twice monthly
