Machinery Design Specialist

1. Conduct elementary design calculations for machine like hydraulics, statics and power transmission. 2. Ensure to follow prototype equipment construction. 3. Execute test, gather and evaluate data as well as make required recommendations. 4. Assemble entire machine design packages right from current plant files, check drawings’ accuracy; add detail till merge drawings as required. 5. Ensure every machine drawings adhere to customer’s machine standards of drafting. 6. Interact with suppliers for commercial components final selection and write purchase requisitions. 7. Ensure to follow independently equipment construction in supplier’s plant and comply with Engineering Change Order system. 8. Train plant maintenance and operations personnel. 9. Implement successfully all project goals rigorously executing Project Management processes. 10. Comply with Total Quality Principles related with machine design. 11. Prepare drawings, designs and parameters for machines and related parts. 12. Execute material and cost estimates, project schedules along with reports. 13. Develop moulds, dies, tools, fixtures and jigs to be used in manufacturing process. 14. Develop layouts new machines, plants, equipment and tool designs.
