MACHINERY MANAGER

Evaluating the performance of machine equipment and making recommendations for improvement Scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure that equipment is in good working condition at all times Inspecting equipment to make sure that it meets safety regulations and standards of quality Maintaining inventory records of all equipment and supplies Inspects and performs maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment Collaborates with other appropriate management staff to prepare and implement budget Performs other related duties as assigned. Oversees the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of the equipment and facilities department Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive Responsible for and supervises the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities used by the organization Oversee the general management and maintenance of equipment maintenance, repair, and storage functions, to include fire control and electronics equipment The role's primary emphasis will be on business development and new client acquisition, managing and growing a portfolio of existing Equipment Financing Group client relationships Assist with on-site customer visits and hands-on equipment demonstrations Oversee and provide Field and Sustainment level maintenance to include Backup Unit Support levels of maintenance on tactical and commercial ground equipment Ensure that all employees are properly trained and licensed, if required, prior to their appointment to a position or prior to operating equipment associated with a position Equipment issue/asset tracking of uniforms Ensures that all equipment is completely inspected at least once a year and is calibrated based on the manufacturer’s recommendations
