  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and qualify inbound leads related to your technology area.
  • Collaborate with the Asia Pacific (APAC) marketing and strategic business development teams to run targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Conduct cold calls to identify and verify the correct contact person.
  • Build trust and maintain a positive rapport for ongoing engagement.
  • Perform web research on company strategies, goals, and key projects.
  • Identify and update right-party contacts in the database.
  • Track customer technology roadmaps and areas of interest.
  • Gather insights to support account planning and relationship mapping.

Key requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer-facing or remote sales experience; outbound sales development experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a technical qualification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to engage prospective customers and effectively present cloud solutions.
  • Skilled in demonstrating value and advancing conversations with potential customers, even with non-standard technology requirements.
  • Understanding of the IT buying cycle, particularly regarding emerging technology and business drivers.
  • Good knowledge of current technology trends and market dynamics.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a successful software organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a new and evolving team environment.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Inside Sales/Telesales/Telemarketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • IT support/Technical Support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Software/IT Platform/IT Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
