Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and address inquiries about products, services, or promotions.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, either in-person or through the phone or digital systems.
• Assist customers with any concerns, complaints, or special requests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly attitude at all times.

  Upselling and Product Recommendations:

  • Upsell additional items to customers, such as upgrades, add-ons, or complementary products, based on their preferences.
  • Actively promote special offers, seasonal menu items, and limited-time promotions.
  • Suggest personalized recommendations, enhancing the customer’s experience and increasing sales.

    Store or Restaurant Maintenance:

    • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
    • Regularly restock inventory and supplies as needed.
    • Assist in cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
    • Ensure all safety and health regulations are followed in the workplace.

      Teamwork and Collaboration:

      • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.
      • Assist other team members as needed, contributing to a positive work environment.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and team members.
• Customer Focus: A strong desire to help customers and provide an exceptional experience.
