  • Assist in managing inventory levels, stock allocation, and replenishment for all retail outlets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support in preparing reports on product performance, sales trends, and stock movement.
  • Assist in visual merchandising tasks, including maintaining product displays and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, and in-store campaigns.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, updating records, and managing documentation.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage but not required.
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandising Assistant to support our merchandising team in ensuring the smooth execution of product management and store operations.
  • This role is ideal for someone passionate about retail and eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic optical retail brand.
  • Must be willing to work at Kajang area.
