PIC (Person in Charge) - Beauté Salon by DXN
1) Salon Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the Beaute Salon, ensuring a smooth workflow and a positive customer experience.
- Maintain high standards for salon cleanliness, organization, and customer service.
- Monitor salon inventory, placing orders for supplies and managing stock to avoid shortages or overstock.
2) Client Relations and Experience:
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring each customer has a welcoming and satisfying experience.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, aiming to provide effective solutions and enhance customer
satisfaction.
- Encourage client retention by promoting loyalty programs, special offers, and personalized services.
3) Service Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, optimizing bookings to maximize salon efficiency.
- Communicate service procedures, estimated times, and costs to clients.
- Ensure all services meet the salon’s quality standards, including facials, massages, and skincare treatments.
4) Team Supervision and Training:
- Guide and supervise salon staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members, ensuring they understand salon protocols and customer service
standards.
- Conduct regular performance checks, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.
5) Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and special offers for the
salon.
- Promote the salon’s services through social media and other channels, actively engaging with potential clients.
- Encourage client participation in seasonal promotions and build awareness of new services.
6) Sales and Revenue Management:
- Monitor and manage salon sales, including service upselling and retail product recommendations.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets, providing sales reports and performance analysis.
- Assist in pricing adjustments and special pricing offers based on market trends and client demand.
7) Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all salon services comply with health and safety standards, following proper sanitation protocols.
- Keep records of salon safety procedures and educate staff on best practices for hygiene and safety.
- Manage salon licensing, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
1) Education and Experience:
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a salon or spa environment, with some experience in a supervisory role.
2) Skills:
- Strong understanding of salon services, including skincare treatments, facials, and other beauty procedures.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of marketing basics and promotional strategies to drive client engagement and sales.
